Explicit Consent Notice

This notice is the explicit consent you give, under Northern Cyprus personal-data rules, for processing your contact details and listing content when you post a listing. Consent is freely given, specific and informed. Read it before posting. Without consent the listing is not published.
1. Data controller
- Monclave is the principal that provides Platform software and digital publication and that operates accounts, listings, news and SMS. RED TEAM SOLUTIONS LTD. (MŞ27207) is an independent contractor engaged by Monclave solely for food fulfilment in Northern Cyprus (restaurant relations, order coordination, delivery support). It is not the publisher of listings, news or listing SMS.

2. What you consent to
- Identity and contact details you give when creating an account (name, phone, email).
- Listing text, photos, price, location and the phone/email you choose to show on the listing.
- Linking existing listings that reasonably match your details to your account.
- Clicking the listing-management link we send you: opening an account in your name and automatically transferring matching listings to that account.
3. Purpose
- To publish the listing, let users contact you and let you manage the listing.
- To review listings, prevent abuse and meet legal requests.
- To send service notices about your listing or account (email/SMS); every message includes an opt-out.
- If you click the SMS or email link, to open the account and transfer listings to you.
4. Publication
- The phone and name you put on a listing are visible to anyone who views it. You are responsible for that disclosure.
- Data is processed through the infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy and is not sold.
5. Withdrawal
- You may withdraw consent at any time: unpublish from My listings, delete your account in Account Settings, or use the Content and Data Request form. You can always delete your account and data.
- Withdrawal stops further processing from that moment; records we must keep by law may remain.
6. Other documents
- Full processing details are in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of listing content under the Terms of Use.
