1. Delivery Area
- Delivery is available in the areas served by the relevant restaurant. You can order if your address is within the restaurant's delivery zone.
- Zone conditions (minimum order, courier fee, free-delivery threshold) may vary by restaurant and address and are shown at checkout.
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time depends on restaurant load, prep time, distance and traffic.
- After confirmation you can track status updates in the app or on the web.
3. Address and Contact
- You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address and a reachable phone number.
- Gurgura is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
