Kantara Castle is a castle in Cyprus. It is the easternmost castle on the island, located on the slopes of the Kyrenia Mountains in Northern Cyprus. Rising 630 meters above sea level, it provided good opportunities to control movement on the Karpas Peninsula and the Mesaoria Plain.
