THE Qadayıf

The Qadayıf is a modern representation of a respected family tradition that began its commercial activity 160 years ago at the apple market in Gaziantep, when M. Ali Küsbeoglu started selling simple butter and honey. This long journey has been continued with dedication and passion by every generation of the family.

The second-generation family representative, Mim Sait Küsbeoglu, inherited and expanded the family’s culinary heritage. The third-generation representative, Müslim Küsbeoglu, continued this tradition, aiming to bring these unique flavors to a wider audience.

However, the real turning point was the emergence of the fourth generation, represented by Mehmet Sait Küsbeoglu. In 1968, he founded The Qadayıf in the Şıhcan district of Gaziantep, taking a step forward in preserving the family tradition. Master Sait combined Halep mebrums and other types of kadayıf with the unique flavors of Gaziantep, offering customers special presentations and exceptional quality.

The Qadayıf prides itself on carrying a 160-year culinary heritage into a modern format.
