North Cyprus title costs 2026: transfer, stamp, VAT

Three public costs: transfer, stamp, VAT on new-build first sales only. Lawyer and foreign-buyer permission sit outside. Use the calculator.

Transfer 2026: TRNC citizen 6 percent, one-off 3 percent right. Turkish citizen 6 / 8 / 9 by count. Others flat 9 percent.

Stamp 0.5 percent within 21 days, then 1 percent, then 1.5 percent. VAT 5 percent is new-build only.
