Traffic inspections lead to driver warnings

The General Directorate of Police has revealed the outcomes of recent traffic inspections conducted nationwide. During inspections carried out yesterday, a total of 2,397 vehicle drivers were checked. Among these, 354 drivers were reported for various traffic offenses, and one driver was arrested.

The primary aim of these inspections is to enhance road safety and ensure that drivers adhere to legal regulations. Among the reported offenses, 115 drivers were noted for exceeding the legal speed limit. Additionally, 13 vehicles were removed from traffic during these checks.

Authorities emphasized that such inspections will be carried out frequently, urging drivers to comply with the rules. It was stated that these measures are vital for preventing traffic accidents. With the continuation of inspections, a heightened sense of caution among drivers is anticipated.
